Como hago para llamar una URL desde MOBILE COBOL. Es Posible? No he logrado hacerlo.

Si no lo tiene implementado, deberian pues es necesario que desde el menu se pueda hacer para muchos casos (ej. Mostart georeferenciacion de un cliente en tiepo real, acceder a la pagina web de la empresa, etc, etc).
